We had many activities that we did throughout the day to celebrate our 100 days of being in school. We made crowns, played math games, writing worksheet, and read a couple books too. More than half way through the year. Keep up the good work Kids!
100 days brighter!!!!
Sharing continues to be a big hit. Thank you friends for sharing with the class the some of the things you enjoy.
Grady shared his arrowheads.
Dahlia shared a grapefruit plant that she started from seed, after eating the grapefruit.
McCartney showed off her really cool henna tattoo that she got at a carnival she went to. Also, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MCCARTNEY!
Bodhi shared her spiral art maker!
In Math we built "Math Cities." We are working on comparing and contrasting. Using construction paper, crayons/markers, scissors, tape and sticks. They each made their own building. They had to plan out how tall or short they wanted it, the width, etc. Then we compared all the different buildings. ie: (quantitative comparing), how many tall buildings, how many short buildings, how many green buildings, etc.
