How to Books

Sharing and Morning Meeting.....
Willis shared his little chick that winds up and hops.     Eva shared about her loose tooth and her tooth bag that she will use to put her tooth in.
Eli shared his special picture books of himself and his brother.

We played a game with a pebble today. Sang a song, while singing the song we passed the pebble around and had to guess at the end of the song, who had the pebble. Then the person in the middle got to switch with the person who had the pebble.

Gaga.....
Noooo, we are not singing songs by Lady Gaga, but we are playing Ga-ga Ball! Today at recess it seemed that most kids wanted to get in on the game. Here is a brief description of it, for any who are new to the game. I pulled this off of good ole Wikipedia: Ga-Ga is a variant of dodgeball that is played with one ball. The game combines dodging, striking, running, and jumping, with the object of being the last person standing. Players hit the ball at each other with their hands, and are eliminated if the ball strikes them on or below the knee. The game can be played by a group of individual players or with teams, as well as in one-on-one matches.
