Yummy treat!

Thank you McCartney and her mom, Liz, for bringing in delicious chocolate chip cookies as a special treat. Yummy!

Yummy cookies!

Language Arts was all about learning the letters "Aa" and "Gg," as well as partner reading. We have a collection of books to choose from each time.  We are really emphasizing working together with our partner, taking turns telling the story by using the pictures. We are also working on noticing the beginning, middle and end of a story. 

  

Math we continue to work on number recognition.  We also are counting to 100 as a group.  We had some fun with Unifix cubes, trying to see how long certain parts of the classroom is and how many unifix cubes in length that part of the room is.

Today we had Computer Lab and P.E.!

 

 

  

It is a four day school week. No school on Friday as it is a teacher inservice day this week.
